If you didn't already know, I like cacti and have ten on my windowsill. I don't like the huge ones you find in the desert though - just the household sized ones :)
I really like these two photos, so thought I would share them with you!
Ooh, pretty. My cacti seem to flower all year round!
This is one of my favourites. I think he's known as a Cleft Stone cactus (well, similar cacti come up when you Google that). He's currently growing two more 'leaves', which you can see in the middle.
I use to love growing cati yet I managed to kill some of them. I might have to get some more I use to love their shape and when they *finally* get to flower its a great feeling although use to get really itchy from some of their spines.
ReplyDeleteWow they are so pretty :)!! What camera do you use? your photo quality is amazing! xxx
ReplyDeleteConfessions of a makeuplover - I'm currently using a Nikon D40, which I have borrowed from University :) x
ReplyDeleteI understand your obssession!
ReplyDeleteI have a Christmas Catus from our Biology lesson and I'm trying to keep it alive and it's still green! But I'm expecting to find it wilted soon... I suck at being a gardener! Haha

Hi! I only just found your blog and I love it! It's really helpful and down to earth - you seem like such a lovely person!
ReplyDeleteI also have an obsession with shopping (ecspecially shopping in Lush!) and so this blog really relates.
I'm really excited to see your Lush storage post - as I'm always messing about with my lush products!
Yay for cacti. As I've mentioned before, and blogged about, I adore them. Since moving they have been a little neglected, I should really get them all prepped for the Summer!
