Ins and Outs / Update

I was thinking about writing this post earlier but then thought 'Best leave it to the end of the month, like the others'... and I've just realised it is the end of the month! I'll be sitting my January exams in a blink of an eye.

Ins:
  • Yesterday I paid for my exam resits and Friday I will be able to pay for my revision guides. Some of you know that I've been having money problems recently and this is a huge weight off of my shoulders!
  • Following on with the school topic, I got my Psychology exam paper back. I asked to get it back because I didn't do so well and wanted to see where I went wrong. I was confused as to why I done so bad because the answers were all standard with a handful of them getting full marks. Found out that the grade boundaries were really high for this paper (50% getting you only an E). The next thing that really confused me was the last question. I got 0/12 and yet I fully and clearly explained my answers? I went to speak to my teacher and she said that she found out the night before and was absolutely fuming because I should have least got 6 marks. She's wrote a letter of complaint to Edexcel or whoever, demanding them to mark the last question.
  • I received a new bank card; Visa instead of my previous baby Solo. I'm so excited as I can now purchase products in Accessorize with my card! I don't know why Accessorize wouldn't accept my card when every other store did.
  • I have some shoes in the post! Again, this relates to the money problems. I only had one pair of dolly shoes to last me a month and a half (because that's when I would have spare money) and they are falling apart. New Look had free delivery but the only shoes that were under £8 (that's all I had) weren't very nice. I then looked on eBay and found a nice pair from New Look for £5.99 :) So I now have shoes to last me until November!
  • 18th birthday party Saturday... need I say more?!
  • I won two give away's today! One prize is a MAC lipstick (I chose Chatterbox because I like the finish and it's a bright pink; I can use less product to create a toned down pink) and the prizes from the other give away include a mascara, 17 Mirror Shine lipstick and Barry M Limited Edition Nail Paint (Along with other bits and pieces)
I feel as though people may be annoyed at this? Because a fair few people have said 'She always wins!'
I enter quite a few give away's (Like most) and don't win a huge percentage of them.
I've only won a couple from my fellow bloggers and a couple from companies. Yes I have had some luck in the last month and although I can't help winning, I feel bad that people may be getting annoyed with me.

Outs:
  • Dry lips. I never get dry lips but have this week and I don't like it at all!
  • No clothes because of no money. I've been wearing the same two pairs of jeans and three hoodies for the past three weeks (Of course regularly washed!)

Hello September!

It's unbelievable how fast this year is going! It's scary to think that in no time I will have finished University, have a job, be married and have children (Well this is what I want, hopefully it will happen!)
So it's time for the beginning of the month Ins and Outs post :)
I haven't even thought of what I'm going to write and at this point in time can not think of any points! Here goes:

Ins:
My hair is back to how it was! This time last year I had long rich Auburn locks. For Christmas/Winter I decided to go short and dark and had my hair cut up to my shoulders and dyed my hair brown. I dyed it for four months and after March decided to go back (I only dyed it for a change anyway). Some people were saying that I would never get my natural hair colour back, but as I currently write this I have my long Auburn locks back!
The good thing is that I suit being a Brunette (Some gingers don't as it's such a drastic change in colour). A few guys actually thought I was a natural Brunette and when I told them I was ginger, they said 'No you're not' haha. Woah that's a big first point!

I've recently won some competitions so the prizes are in the post!

School starts soon. I'm not sure whether this is a good or bad thing. I absolutely HATE it but then on the other hand I want to go back, knuckle down and improve my grades.

Outs:
Money. Haha this is always a point! But I need a laptop for school, so in my free periods I can get more work done and I definitely need one for University so I can type notes (I'm a really slow writer). At this rate, I will have a laptop by next Summer!
The good thing is, is that this year I'm not buying Christmas presents so can save up for the things I need. I'll also be able to buy clothes to keep me warm in the Winter. Winter is my favourite season to buy clothes for. I can't wait to buy cardigans and ankle boots!
I love buying people presents so am going to find it hard not buying for people. I will feel guilty if someone buys me something so I'm going to tell people not to buy anything for me, and if they do, I shall give it back to them haha

I've found a thread vein! I have stretch marks on my bum, I'm sure I'm getting cellulite and now a thread vein?! My nan and mum have them and I'm hoping it's not a genetic thing. They're due to lack of circulation so if I do something now, I should prevent them in the future. These features really have upset me because I have a size 8 body and don't want it ruined by these ugly things haha but I have to keep thinking that nearly every woman has stretch marks and cellulite.
If I get any stretch marks on my stomach I will actually cry and look up surgery. I'm not joking either lol, my stomach is one of my best assets. Call me vain if you like, everyone is in some way.

Okayyy I've rambled on a lot! Do you wanna know why? It's early morning, I've just had a milky coffee and have no one to talk to haha!

Thank you for reading my lovelies! If you have read through that, then I applaud you!

Ins and Outs

Time for this months Ins and Outs.. This would be better to do once a week but I don't think people are interested in these types of posts.

I haven't even thought of what I'm going to be writing yet..

Ins:
  • No school meaning nothing to do in the mornings, giving me more time to look after my skin!
  • The amount of post I've been getting; samples, competition prizes, shopping orders, products from companies.. ahh bliss. This will not keep up though and I'll soon be back to no post.. unless I keep ordering things ;)
  • Nails. I don't have a habit of biting them, but I do occasionally have a nibble haha but I've kept my nails perfect now for 7 weeks, with the help of nail varnish.
  • I've found a bikini top that is the shape I want and fits perfectly. I mentioned this in a few posts down; my troubles are over!

Outs:
  • Results day 19th August. I really should have revised more :( I'm going to have to re take quite a few exams, meaning I am going to have 6 or 7 in January!
This means no Christmas break, and January is my birthday month (Not just any birthday either, my 18th! I'm going to have to celebrate in February.)
  • Summer holidays. As much as I like being off of school, I am really bored. I'm doing nothing this summer holiday, nada.

Ins and Outs

It's the beginning of the month so I thought I'd do the classic Ins and Outs post :)

In:
  • MY STRETCH MARKS ARE GOING! You have no idea how happy I am! I had dark purple marks on my hips and bum and in the last few days they've gone - poof! I think it's pretty amazing as it's such a short time. I think it's partly to do with the mind; thinking they're going so they do. This week I've also been using Palmer's cocoa butter formula but for one, I don't think any product would get rid of stretch marks that quickly and two, I don't see how a moisturiser could fade away the purple marks.
  • I've just been contacted by Superdrug to review a few Bloom cosmetics. I haven't heard much of this brand before but I went on their site (Australian site though boo!) and the products look pretty good. I also read that Bloom cosmetics came to the UK for a while and then went again, but their now in a few selected Superdrug stores :)
  • Ordering from Whsmith haha, I love shopping and since I can remember I have loved stationary.. even more so than make-up actually as I love being creative and have a soft spot for it (Brings back the memories of buying packs and packs of coloured card and gel pens when I was 8 haha). I ordered a few chunky notebooks which are reaaalllyyy pretty, a pencil case (I always used to buy pretty pencil cases but for the last year I've had a standard clear one which is ok but not pretty to look at in class!) and a 50 pack of wallets for my folders. I didn't need them but had to spend a few extra pounds for free delivery.
  • My followers! Look at you all! & it makes me happy that I have my followers because they are interested in my blog. That's why I'm not sure whether to do a giveaway because I don't want people joining just for free stuff, I like the fact that I've got these followers on my own.
  • My body. My confidence has increased a lot and I think I've got a great body :)
  • Samples! I've ordered sooo many samples! I love getting post, even if it's something small. I did fib on a few things though; I said I was a company to get a load of free Areo hot chocolate samples and I said I was a new mum to get a polar bear teddy.. haha

Out:
  • Money, again haha
  • No work experience. I cancelled the place at my nans because I worked there in year ten so I have nothing to add to my personal statement. It also has nothing to do with what course I want to do at University. Good news: I have the week off next week, bad news: I have to find work experience some other time this year. This will be hard as it's not easy finding somewhere which will take work experience and I'm shy.

That's it I think! This is really the Ins and Outs of today as your mood changes day to day. By tomorrow I will probably hate my body and think I have no friends haha

Ins and Outs

Yes this is a lazy post, but I have to revise in a minute! Plus, I like reading the Ins and Outs of other peoples lives. Nosy?.. yes but we all love to be!

In:
  • Got a new silver frame bed! Well it's not actually new, it's from the attic haha but it's new to me. My last bed broke :( so me and my dad put this one up yesterday.
  • Changed my room around - as I was changing my bed I thought I would change a few things too. My make-up storage area has changed and looks much better.
  • Clutter free desk to actually work at! Before it had all my folders and school stuff on but their now under the desk.
  • Fast deliveries. My BodyShop items were dispatched yesterday and arrived today! So much for 'If you've payed for standard delivery, your items should arrive to you in 5 days'. Express delivery (The more expensive one) takes two days and mine arrived in one. Whatever delivery option you choose, your order will still arrive the same time, they just want to make more money!
Tomorrow I have a collective shopping post for you guys which will include The Bodyshop items.

Out:
  • Revision <- Don't need to explain that one!
  • 'Friends' - I've got used to not being invited to things and I'm giving up on them. I've got a couple of true friends who don't forget about me just to be popular and be in with another group so their all I need. I really don't care how many friends I've got, I've been happy these past few weeks and I've seen nobody - haha I sound like such an unsocial loser.

In, out, in out.. shake it all about!

I thought I'd just do a quick post of my current Ins and Outs. I haven't got time to do a proper post because I have to start revision in.. 15 mins boo!

In:
  • Pretty nails! You can see them in my previous post and I am really taking to having short nails.
  • New blog header, picture and layout - Phew! Took me all night deciding aha but I am finally happy.. for now hehe
  • Having a wee bit of money!
  • Ok I'm going to say good skin but that will all change in a few days. At the beginning of the week it was terrible and now it's good again!

Out:
  • Weather. Sorry if I sound like a typical English complaining about the weather but.. I am a typical English and I am complaining about the weather aha. One day it's hot and sunny, the next it's pouring down and it's been like this for a week O_O
  • Revision and exams. Oh boy, I haven't done much revision and I feel like I'm going to fail :/

I feel like there's more but their stuck in my noggin. If there is i'll update! If I even have time. Time to go an write a few essays, complete homework and revise for all four exams - GAH!

Ins and Outs

I haven't been blogging much recently and thats because I haven't had any money which results in no hauls and no reviews. I just have nothing to blog about! Also, the last 5 or so of my posts have had 1 comment at most (Thank you if you're one of those people!) so I feel no one is reading my blog.
I'm doing a big summer shop in Primark on Friday so should have a nice haul for you guys and I've finished school early today so will try and think of a few posts to do :)

Ins:
  • Biology lessons - I've been concentrating, understanding and answering! Plus I've gone up a grade which has boosted my confidence.
  • Skin - This changes every week but this week happens to be a good one.
  • Friends - I feel as though I have some true close friends who care about me.
  • Coursework - English and Media coursework finally finished! Although I must admit, I quite enjoy coursework, it just drags on for months!

Outs:
  • Rain - It was sunny for weeks and then bam! The last week it has poured down everyday.
  • Wedding outfit - I'm not sure whether to wear a dress, tulip skirt and top or a fancy top, skinny jeans and heels to polish it off. I've looked out for all three options of outfits and can not find a thing!

Update and Ins & Outs

Hello :)
I'm going in town tomorrow to buy a few more mothers day presents and might pick up some things for myself. Only a few though because I don't have much money! I know I said I was on a spending ban but when buying presents for other people, you feel less guilty about buying treats for yourself.
If you look to your right, you will see I have some skincare reviews coming up. The tea tree range will be reviewed next Saturday as then I would have been using it for 2 weeks.

Ok so on to Ins & Outs:

Ins:
  • Clear skin! Well almost, but I'm still very pleased :)
  • Getting a good Psychology result in my mock. The last couple I done were not very good so I lost faith but now getting a good grade when I didn't revise has boosted my confidence. We have also started a new approach: Psycho dynamic, which is about sex drive, unconscious thinking, instinct etc which is very interesting.
  • No boy troubles. Multiple boys have recently been playing with my head and now that its over, it feels good to not worry about those kinds of things. Its simple :)
  • Cheerio's with clusters! Yummmm! Cheerio's are scrummy on their own, but now there's packs with clusters in which add a little sweetness to the cereal.

Outs:
  • Biology! I like Biology and got A's in GCSE but time and time again, I keep getting bad marks. I failed my mock today and got so annoyed I said I'm quitting the subject lol. But it is my fault for not revising; I've been so busy this week finishing English coursework and numerous essays that I didn't have a lot of time.
  • No money, as always - boo!
  • No nice jeans. I have one pair which I like now and all the others look horrible. I want a few pairs from Republic but having no money means I can't.

Can you relate to any of these?

Ins & Outs :)

This is just a quick blog as I have to get ready for school :( but at least its Friday!

Ins:
1. Washing my hands with various lush soaps before I go to bed. They make my hands smell yummy and feel super soft!

2. Better skin! This could either be the scrub and cleanser I'm using, Vitamin tablets or I'm just growing out of the phase of having spots! Hopefully the last one *fingers crossed*

3. Starting swimming. A good way to keep healthy and spend some time with friends.

4. Wearing my Avon perfumes everyday. They smell so yummy...

5. Shadow playing with Jessie all the time. She's turned into a puppy herself, its so cute.

6. My friend changing one of her courses & now she has the same free periods as me!

Outs:
1. My hair. I'm bored of it being long and want a good 8 inches off but my hairdresser hasn't got back to me yet and its been ages :( (Shes a friend of a family member)

2. No money, as usual. Have you seen my wish list?!

3. Short nails. They wasn't really long anyway but one of them got a split and had to file it down. Then all the rest had to be filed down so it didn't look weird.

4. Feeling ugly all of the time. Wheres my confidence?! Its ran off :(

Anything planned for the weekend?
